Wesley was hired by the late Moonyeenn Lee, mentoring him in management and casting for eight years, working on films and television. He was fortunate to work with many formidable artists such as John Kani, the late Mary Twala and Moshidi Motshegwa. Wesley left Moonyeenn's firm to follow in her footsteps, under WMG, working extensively with South African actors in talent management and casting. He was part of heading the South African leg of Beyoncé Knowles' film Black is King.
